Terms of Service

By using Halo3.Junk.ws, you agree to the following terms of service:

  1. This is my gamertag. You are not permitted to register a gamertag that is not your own.
  2. I have never cheated and will not in the future cheat with this gamertag. Cheating includes but is not limited to bridging, circle boosting, standbying, and modding. Forum signatures are not permitted to be used on sites that condone cheating.
  3. I know I need to log in every 30 days to stay active. Your stats begin to be collected when you register. If you do not visit the site for 30 days, your account will be deactivated and new games will not be collected until you sign in again.
  4. I will play nicely. Spamming of or deliberatley looking for trouble in the forums is prohibited, as is threatening or attacking other members. Pornographic material, nudity, and racist comments are strongly discouraged and will likely be removed. You are not to hack or attempt to hack the servers.
  5. This is not a democracy. I understand that the Halo3.Junk.ws administration staff has final say on all issues.
  6. There is a FAQ forum. FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. If I have questions, I will check there first.
  7. I am at least 13 years of age. By registering an account, you do not hold this site or its staff liable for any exposure to mature language or other questionable material. We do our best to keep it clean, but there may be content that may not be suitable for children.
  8. I will only create one account. You can register all of your gamertags to one account. For statistical purposes, you are only allowed to create one account.
  9. I understand EXP boosting is frowned upon here. If any of your gamertags are found to have been used for the purpose of EXP boosting, all of your gamertags will be removed from the leaderboards and you will be flagged as a booster across the site. You will not be banned, but you may find your stay unpleasant.
